I have a new SIM card but cannot activate it because the service Isint available on the online portal, and when I try to log into the app, it says something is wrong and to try again. I try again to no avail, and even reset my password and reinstall the app, but still cannot log onto the app to activate my SIM card. Please reach out to me or email me.

Click on Resend Code or Didn’t Receive Code and it will give you the option to send the 2 FA code by text, call or email.

Hello! I was able to log onto the app, and get into the option where it says change SIM card, but I’ve run into a new problem, it now asks me to verify my account t by sending me a text message. I no longer have access to the cell number as it was deactivated. I can log into the app, because when it asks me to verify my account it has an option to verify by email. However, within the app it only asks to verify by text message.

Did you click on Shop Subscription Plans first? You can’t login until step 6 is completed.
