I cannot even get to the login page for self serve, it's blank everytime I try to load the webpage: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/
I've tried Chrome and Internet Explorer. Is there another way to access Self Serve? I am trying to get a copy of my recent transaction, is there another way to retrieve this information?

Folks, all it requires, is as @popping mentioned.... I logged out of the Community forums, hit the home page(which is a blank page) in Firefox, turfed all history, and tried it again, and "THAR SHE BLOWS!".... in other words, it works again, as does Chrome.

You're not alone, I can't get on either unless I use a VPN (se to to Seattle).

Restart your brower and try again.
Reboot your PC and try again.
I just access 2 on my PM self-serve accounts without any issue.

As suggested in an earlier post in this thread, I tried the French side of the selfserve. site and it worked fine.

I can login to 2 of my accounts using Chrome and Opera on WIndows 10.

I've tried on chrome, firefox, and even on my phone's safari. Every attempt is white screen. Pretty sure the site is somehow down which sucks because my payment is due on the 29th.

@JohnG I JUST tried it with Firefox, which I use all the time, and the page shows up completely blank. Just give it some time, and try again later.
Aaaand, JUST tried with Chrome, with the same result.

no access to selfserve.publicmobile.ca, which I need to port my number. Current number on registration does not work. Site checkers tell me that the site is up, but Chrome and Edge cannot get it.

Self-serve seems to be working fine right now

I use Firefox browser with my computer and can't access self serve. Cell Chrome, same thing. Will try again later, no worry.

Fyi there are actually 2 links to access your sefl-serve account.
English site: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/
French site: https://libreservice.publicmobile.ca/
At times like this, one site may work better than the other.

@schow88 You can download Firefox for free. I find it works better than Chrome.
PM seems to sometimes apply webpage updates during the day (while staff is at work).
Maybe they are prepping the system for an upcoming promo...
When the site doesn't respond like this, better to try again later.

Thanks for the quick reply. I've cleared cache, tried incognito and tried another device but still cannot access Self Serve webpage. I do not have Firefox on any device so it's hard to test on that web browser. Any idea when it will work on Chrome? Thanks.

It's slower than usual, but it's working fine now.
Try clearing your browser cache and open a new tab using incognito mode.
On Windows, it's working with Firefox, not so much with Chrome atm.

Please try to clear your Chrome cache for the past 5 minutes: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en
Sometimes it is best to wait a few minutes and try again on a different device.
