Hello! My phone is broken and Apple says it can’t be fixed. I have a new phone and need to get a new eSIM so I can use my existing phone number and PM plan but I can’t login to my account because I forgot my password. I tried many times to request a OTP via the email address associated with my PM account but nothing is coming through. I checked spam/junk and nothing there. I tried using Chrome incognito mode and still no email received. Please can you help me. I have pre-authored payment for my plan. I had an eSIM which is why I couldn’t just transfer a physical SIM to my new phone. My mom helped me open my PM account on March 18, 2024 because I was 12 years old at the time. Please let me know if you need any other info.
