Hello,
I registered my new SIM Card last month and everything regarding the phone is fine. BUT, I've been locked out of my account for nearly 3 weeks and I've sent numerous tickets without any answer. Also, I tried resetting my password, but I never received an email...

While waiting for a moderator...try using a different web browser. I use Firefox and seems to be good. Also, clear your cache files and try using incognito (or Private Window).
Your email address is your username.

Have you clicked on your private messages folder?
Check the envelope icon on the top right of your screen. You'll see the ticket(s) you sent out and you will be able to see Moderator replies.

@Gaudet95 check your sent message box to see if they were submitted. If there weren't contact the moderators and ask them for a temporary password to your self service account.
There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Use the private message method. Type " Password reset " in the subject message field. Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. Stay safe.
