you cannot receive PM 2FA code?
for login issue , try to see if you can get the code via voicemail
click Didn't receive code or Resend code and then choose Send email or Send voice message to get the 2FA code via email or voicemail (you can call yourself from another phone to retrieve the 2FA voice message)
if still does not work, ask PM agent to help , you can submit ticket by direct message:
