I have been trying to update my credit card information for over a week but my account login doesn't work. I have contacted customer service who have reset my password several times, but when I try to sign in with the reset password, I just get an error. My credit card expired on April 30th and now my phone has been disconnected. Customer service has not been responding to my emails. Does anyone know what to do?

About the error when trying to sign in, It happened to me today just after I changed my selfserv email and resetted the password. I deleted all Public Mobile's cookies from my browser and it worked again afterwards (or you can try a different browser or private browsing)!

Thanks! I was able to purchase the vouchers and apply them to my account immediately. My phone is working again and I'm in touch with a mod to get my autopay fixed. Unfortunately all of the Public Mobile stores in my area seem to have closed permanently. Also the Payment Voucher locator on the website listed incorrect information when I entered my city (stores that have never existed, at least while I've lived in this city, and the maps shown didn't match the addresses given), but after calling around I found a gas station that had the vouchers available.

As suggested by xCameron94x, you can purchase Real-time voucher that will be directly loaded onto your public mobile account and that should take care of the rest if you're on AutoPay. You might have to call local stores listed here and find out if they offer real-time public mobile voucher.
You can also send private message to one of the mod and they will help you get up and running again.

What you could do as a means to get your service up and running faster is to buy a voucher from a store. Then you could add the code to your account and you are good to go for the time being. I believe when you buy one you can apply it directly to your account (not 100% if this is true)
