my daughter is with Public Mobile for a while, because she changed her Email she cannot access her account to make some changes.
Any suggestions?

Your daughter has to use her Old email address she signed up initially with PM to log in.
Her old email is a login ID for PM.
If she wants to use her New email with PM she has to contact agent to update her PM account as only agent can do that.
