Hi, I have 2 public mobile accounts - one for me and the other for my granddaughter. My granddaughter was given a iphone by her mom for xmas (lucky girl!) and is now on her mom's phone plan.
I would like to cancel my granddaughter's public mobile account and have the $40 that is a credit on that account transferred to my other public mobile account.
Is this possible and if so, how do I go about arranging it?
Thanks for the assistance!

@drs How did the available funds balance occur? If it was from rewards in excess of her plan cost there will be no transfer.

@drs ,
Did she port her number over to the new plan? If so, she already lost her Public Mobile account and with that goes any balance in the available funds.
If she obtained a new number, but you can provide her SIM to someone for the remaining of the plan period, then let it go into suspended status (remove any credit card/autopay from the account).

@drs , generally there are no refunds for this prepaid service. You could try and ask the moderator team for some goodwill. Please click on the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the webpage and initiate a support ticket.
