How do I cancel my account and get a refund. I have not activated my eSIM yet

Contact a customer support agent to respectfully request this. If they refuse, place a chargeback on the charge with credit card provider.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar, or tap your Avatar down in Messages.
