Turn auto subscribe off/on

Or you can ask Support to remains the credit card on file right away just
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen

If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support .

Hi @Jacinta1987
There are two ways to do so. You can go into your account profile online or your phone app and turn off auto payments. The other way is if you port out your number to another provider. That closes your account as well. But it's not pro rated so you'd lose anything you've paid.
When you log in to your Public Mobile account, go to the Payments button.

On the right hand side, click on Manage Subscription.

Then click on the toggle beside the word Subscribed. Toggle it to the left.
