I am trying to cancel a newly paid for account and receive a refund. I thought I was paying for a 1 week travel eSIM but am not realizing it is asking me to cancel my old phone plan which I don’t want to do. How do I get a refund for the new account I haven’t activated yet but paid for?

I only have one account, I don't understand... My account has still not even been activated yet. Also there is no phone number I can call to request assistance. Pretty ridiculous at this point.

You will need to login to the second account with a different email address then disable Subscribe.
You will also need to contact a CS_Agent and explain your mistake for a refund if you haven’t used the second account.

Try connecting with their agent directly! That might be the best way, since it will need to be done internally. The best thing to do is ensure you've cancelled it so you dont continue to get charged.
