I too cannot get the app to allow me to activate my sim card. The worst customer support one could experience, I've created 3 support tickets with zero replies after I supply them required information. I will be lucky if I even get a refund.

while you wait for response from Customer Support...did you download the app to your cell to create the account, select and pay for a plan ?
Do you use an esim or a hard sim ? If using a hard sim, it must be new and unused before...you can't use a used sim card.
Were you trying to transfer your old number into your new Public Mobile account ?
What make / model is your cellphone ?

Will not start. Connects without internet. Tried reboot , checked settings,
Not working so just need to cancel and find another supplier

What have you tried to make it work?
Did you remove the old sim card and test the PM sim? Is PM sim enabled and set as Primary? Did you try Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings?
