Hi, I wanted to get my account canceled and the recurring charges stopped. I am unable to access my public mobile anymore what should I do?

@ShantanuS There are various ways to cancel the account.
1. Once you sign into the account online, slide the Subscribed button in green to off. Should turn red. This will prevent further charges to your credit card. After 90 days of non payment, no available funds, the account will be closed.
2. Port your number back out to another provider. You would need to sign onto the account to get your account number to provide to new carrier.
If you cannot sign into your account for some reason, you would need to message Public Mobile at the link below to cancel it for you.
Also ask them to remove your cc from their file.
