Part of the reason I was with Public Mobile is no credit checks. I should not have to get a credit check when switching to Koodo.
If PM is essentially trying to force us off the network for their sister brand, I should not have to get a credit check to switch and the SIM card should be provided free of charge.
In the past when I have left one of my partners for their sister I did not have to get an STD check either.

@kav2001c Oh, didnt know its to force everyone to post paid. If so, its from prepaid to postpaid, no doubt many would be upset.

@MoreYummy no Koodo has postpaid AND prepaid plans
But everyone is being forced to take postpaid
If they let people activate on Koodo prepaid I doubt there would be as much issue

Unfortunately, if you wish to switch to Koodo's postpaid plans, you must go through the regular credit checks. Your other options would be to sign up to another company's prepaid options, sign up to a Koodo's prepaid plan, or to just stay with Publiic Mobile.
Sorry, but what you're asking for isn't going to happen.

koodoo wuold do a credit check on new account if from public mobile.
Even with current account they do it, but just internally.
Koodoo is post paid, that's why.
