I have added funds to my account, but when I go into add ons, there’s no option to add Canadian data. I’m all out of data and need to buy some more.

Private mode is right
Click the arrow beside Bundle to shoe more options, click Data

Click the Data tab. Default is Bundle…you need Data.

Thanks for the tip. I tried logging in in Private Mode . Is that what you mean? I’m not sure what incognito mode is. The only options for add ons that I get are U.S add ons.

log in to your account using incognito mode / Plans and Add-ons. / Shop ADD-ONS / Data...then select one of the 2 In-Canada Data options.

@Oceanbluehusky try login again using Incognito mode. or Private mode in Sarafi. There is certainly data add-on there
