i just purchased a 30 dollar card from Canadian tire but the code on it is 16 digits while it states 12 digits on the public mobile site. How do i use this code

To the best of my memory I dont recall Canadian Tire offering $30 public mobile vouchers. There is also no 16 digit # on the example given ( which was my voucher at the time). Are you sure it's a pm voucher vs a PC Mobile or Petro Canada Mobility voucher?
Funny I never noticed that the PIN# and redemption # were the same before? 🤔

While the redemption # is the same as the pin# on the example...just keep focus on the pin #. It's the pin # that should be used. There is also stupidly enough a voucher # given. That's not the one to use.

@kent2 this image could be old, but check if you see a PIN # on it like this:

HI @kent2 Yes, it should be just a 12 digits code not 16.
you sure it is a Public Mobile voucher? did they gave you a wrong one?
check if there is other code on it
