My plan says
but when I try to make call to another province it won't go through says my plan doesn't include talk and I must buy an ad on.
How toI enable my use of canada wide talk?

as @Anonymous mentioned try the Lost/Stolen feature, it fixes alot of issues around your account. Also try adding a $1 to your account if the first option does not work. I found this worked in the past.

While you wait for the moderators:
Try the lost/stolen feature.
Log in to self-serve. Plan & Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone.
See what happens.
There's another thing to try but let's see what happens with this.

@roserobin Have you tried adding +1 in front of the number? Is it a few numbers all you are not able to reach outside of your province?
