Canada-US $65 plan

Does this mean that you can use this plan while travelling in the US for talk & data & text while travelling in the US? So if you have this, you don’t have to purchase the 15 day add-ons if you want to use your phone in the US? Is this new?.

There's a $50/40gb Canada/US Roaming plan as well. I don't see the point of switching back to a Canada only plan as the $45/40gb only saves you $5/30 days unless you feel the need for the extra 10gb on the $65/50gb plan? It's rather lousy value costing $1.50/1gb as well.

Hello @JRDS , Keep in mind that if you decide to change plans between Canada only and Canada-US from one billing cycle to the next, you may find that at some point the Canada-US plan is no longer offered and you can't get it back. At Public Mobile, the plan you subscribe to becomes grandfathered until you make a plan change, but the offered plans change all the time.

you are correct.  You can use the same service while you are in US without paying extra for roaming add-on.  So, this is a perfect plan  even just one US trip per month.  And remember you can swtich plan back and forth, so you can choose this plan the month you are going US and switch back to Canada only plan after
