Can’t view my account portal

My account after logging in takes me to an activation page and won’t let me go anywhere else. I can’t view anything from my account or check how much data I have left. 
Please Help!

@Ryantolanii   Are you using the app or the website?  Maybe try the one you aren't using.  How long has this been a problem, sometimes glitches are temporary while they are doing site maintenance.  If still not working you can open a ticket with support at the chat icon bottom right of this page (the preferred method), but if that doesn't work for you send agents a private message using this link
