Can't submit ticket

Hi, my wife and I just switched to Public - I successfully ported my number from Freedom Mobile with no issue, but she's had issues with porting hers from Fido.

She's now unable to submit a ticket to get assistance - could we get someone to contact me about resolving the issue?

I assume she replied to the text from Fido confirming she is porting over to PM with the Fido SIM in her phone.

It could be a provisional issue with the SIM so DM an CS_Agent at:

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
