Can't submit a ticket

Hi,

I've entered sim pin wrong 3 times so now it's locked. Looks like I need to ask for PUK and public mobile chat helpfully sent me to a page that says I need to submit a ticket with the link... that goes back to the chat. 

So basically I have no idea how to submit a ticket 🙂 Can someone help pls?

since you are not able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them
