Trying to activate two sims and I get to the page to select new number but the drop down isn't loading any area codes.
I tried all browsers, cleared cache, different machines from different locations. It looks like your website has issues.

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://activate.publicmobile.ca/?stepid=baf5547d-fe3e-4b6a-9c09-1b7f33e66d90&sessionid=219fd528-84a...' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script 'http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jqueryui/1.8.16/jquery-ui.min.js'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

This worked for me. Used internet explorer edge, cleared out the cache, reduced the name length and it was working.
Now to try with last SIM and see if it works.

Try clearing your cache in your browser.

close the browser and reopen it. use a shorter name, less than 11 characters.
If you use longer name then edit it to shorter name, it will not work.

Tried shorting my name and changing province, but still no luck 😞
Thanks for the suggestion anyway. I think it is something that the maintenance broke on the site
