Hi @iron You might want to start your own thread.. also instead of tagging the Moderator_Team.. send them a message instead by clicking on the Envelope icon on the top right hand corner.

I’ve been trying to reset my password since last year and although I request reset via email, the reset is never sent to me. Please help

@cabcabsboss You can reset your password as long as you know the answer to the security question: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/
If not, you will have to wait for moderators to reset it for you.

I gave the account to my cousin. The email address WAS 1 of mine. I forgot the password and had lost my email account. So my cousin and I both do not know the password. He puts money on the account via 611.
