Can't reply to agent because of some "invalid HTML"

After several attempts trying to replay to customer service agent, now I can't reply at all.

I didn't copy and paste I typed it out. 
I took a screen shot of my reply and sent them the image now.

you were pasting something that has HTML.

don't copy and paste, just type it out.

if you really need to copy and paste, right click in the area , choose Paste as text

Yes, that is something weird that happens with Public's forums. Just keeping deleting what you wrote and previewing until the error goes away. Then write back in bits at a time and keep previewing what you wrote. You should be able to identify the problematic areas and work around them.
