I am trying to pay my plan but I can't make any payment, and shows plan expired.

What happens when you tried to make payment and are you on autopay?
There is a bug shows plan expires on the renewal date, but if your service is working, you can ignore it if you have autopay on.

Sorry to hear that you are not able to make a payment into your account. You will need to send a message to the Moderators using the below link with your account details (account number, phone number, pin, name, e-mail) and let them know you are having issue applying payment to your account and they will take care of your:
