Old acct and no emails will work, reset my PW using cellphone number but still won't show my my email. This is so silly, I just want to log into my acct!

If one does not log into their self-serve account for over 90 days, credentials need to be reset with the customer support agents to regain access.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

@eleanorcc If you can validate with CS Agent that you own your phone number, they should be able to help you with the email address attached to the account holding the number. Give them a try and go through their validation process.
You can contact an agent using the chatbot. Type "agent" and click contact us to go through the wizard.

If for some reason they don't respond to the ticket, you can try to send an email directly to the CS Agent here.

Do you still have the welcome email from when you signed up? Or any marketing and promotion emails from here? That would be the registered email address on the account.
How long ago did you last pay? Are your services still working?
