I cannot remember the email to my account and 611 doesn't allow you to speak to a real person!! How do I get it my email???

@Dakotab123- , if you do not delete emails try searching your inbox for a welcome email. That is one way to figure out what email was used during activation. Alternatively try each of possible emails that you might have used. If you need support, use the chatbot link at the bottom of the web page to initiate a support ticket.
