If you are NEW subscriber open a ticket for agent to resolve this issue. It looks like none of NEW subscribers can handle SMS

you are not the only one with this issue after activation 😞

it is a PM system problem with new activation.     PM is aware of the problem and can only fix the issue one account at a time.
