Can't receive phone call normally, please help.

It started about two weeks ago, when someone call me, it automatically transferred to voice message. And the caller had to call my phone a few times in straight to get through.

@ERICJIANG forgive me if this seems like a silly question, but have you tried rebooting your phone?

May I ask what device you are using? I believe it may be having a problem switching to the 3g network for voice calls, which was the cause of many calls on my old carrier going straight to voicemail.

what phone are you using?  you might have accidently  turned on a do not disturb feature.
