Have you had your daughter try this on 611?  It’s a menu driven interface that asks step by step questions to get things done.

She will need the 4 digit PIN,  and either a credit card on file, or a payment voucher in hand to get the LD addon.

Your daughter needs to dial 611 from her phone to purchase the add-on. Otherwise, you will need to wait to to hear back from a mod if you already have sent a private message.

@slavitch System is having some issues and preventing you to buy an add-on. However, you can dial 611 and purchase the add-on. It will need your PIN number for verification. If you forgot your pin, you can contact mod to retrieve it.
