Hi I was able to change 8t my password for self-service but still unable to login. Please help me

Make sure your typed your password in the same language as when you set it up and reset it. Also account for upper case and lower case letters.

@casio830 try using your browser in incognito/private mode and then logging in to your self serve

if you forgot your password, try the forgot password under self serve sign in again.

@casio830 Try restarting your device and logging into the self service account again. If this doesn't work then use this private message link to contact the moderators directly

Ask them for a temporary password to log back into your self service account.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent. Also keep an eye on the envelope, the mods answer will show up there. Once it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue.
- If you need to, you can also enable email notification to receive a private message notification sent to your email. Go to your community account > my settings > PREFERENCES > Private Messenger > enable "Receive email notifications for new private messages" > Save
