I cannot log into my account and I’ve tried changing the password and it says I’ve reached my max log in attempts

Starting to think there is a technical problem. There are 2 other posts I've also found regarding the same issue. I also cannot log into certain accounts. Hopefully resolved soon.

close all browser or open from other machine then Reset Password
after you reset password then use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page
you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,
if still can't then contact support team by CS_Agent to reset.

@Taeryn123 On your next login attempt, make sure to clear your browser cache/cookies and use privacy/incognito mode or another browser.

Try clearing your cache, cookie and go incognito on your browser then try login to your account.
