Can't get voicemail to work

The voicemail keeps telling me to make a passcode 4 to 15 digits followed with the pound key and I keep doing it but it's saying it's not correct. Is there something I'm doing wrong? @Shazia_K

Try logging into your self serve account and find "Reset VM Password" and try again.
