Can't get into my account

I am locked out of my account. Every time I try to reset the password the site glitches and tells me that I have made too many log in attempts and to try again in 1 hour. I have waited 1 hour, 3 hours, weeks, it makes no difference. I don't even try to attempt the password, I go right to the reset and it still locks me out. 

 

How do I regain access to my account?

Same - tried waiting hours even week or more. Always get "Exceeded tegh number of log-in attempts. Pelase try again in 1 hour". Cna you just fix my account - i never want to see this message again. Been trying to get in for weeks now. Posting from wife's login. My account is john.morrison@gmail.com

wait an hour and try again using incognito/private/secret mode on your browser
