I can’t get into my email due to 2 step verification nor can I get onto my public mobile account to change sims as I’ve lost my phone this has been a real struggle I’m just trying to change my SIM card to the new one so I can pop it into the temporary phone I’m using and so I can get my number working so I can log into my email

You will need to contact a CS_Agent to help you access your account to change the SIM card as long as you can answer a credentials like PIN, address, telephone number, email address etc.

no worry, get a temporary email address first, then open ticket with PM support and ask them to change the email address used for My Account login. Please open the ticket as the "Forgot login: type of ticket
