My daughter is having an issue with her sim card, which she cannot receive the text/voice code, and she has no access to her email. Is there a way around accessing her account?
She would like to update her email address as well.

From your phone dial 1-855-4pu-blic and enter her number and see what it says. It will be one of 3 recordings. renewal date and balance, asking for money, invalid. Let us know.

Sometimes you need to click on Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code and have the 2FA code send by text or call.
If all fails, you need to contact a CS_Agent by private messaging and once credentials are confirmed at:
