Urgent, please help get me out of a bad situation!
In May I set up an account, activated a SIM and got a phone number (didn't place SIM in phone yet). Paid 2 months, then passed over to colleague who unfortunately didn't continue monthly payments. Now I can't log in, and need to finish setting up the phone with the same number. Please help me fix this mess.

@2020Complex Put the sim in your phone and dial 611 and follow the prompts to reactivate your account.
If you don't have the sim submit a ticket to PM for help.

If there have not been any payments in the past 90 days then the account would get deacitvated. You would need to purchase a new sim and setup a new account with a different email.

It was around 90 days, not 100% sure. Can someone confirm that the phone number can no longer be used by me? When I call the # now, it's not in service.

Hello @2020Complex ,
Has the account been suspended for more than 90 days?
If so, I am sorry, but you lost the account and phone number.
In order to reactivate you need to obtain a new SIM card and open up another account.
IF this has been within the 90 day period and your Forgot Password is not working to sign into your self serve account, then contact the moderators to get you back in. Then you can reactivate your account.
To contact the Moderator_Team, there are two ways to reach them:
1-Click the question mark on the bottom right hand side of your screen to talk to SIMon the chat bot.
