@CS_Agentin our Community - I get a message "7B1 your phone is not activated on the network"  When I try and make a call.

Customer support did something on their end and now it works

@CandiceJaimie - before going to customer support (or while you wait for a reply), i'd like to know more details please... like what trouble shooting have you tried?

This message usually means a network issue, so is the issue on your end or the receivers end?

Is your account status Active in My Account or when you dial 611? If you are unable to dial 611 call  1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device and see what the status says.

Do texts work? Does data work?

Try:

  • restarting your phone
  • toggle into then out of airplane mode
  • perform a reset of the device's network settings
  • Remove your SIM card, then gently reinsert it.
  • If still issue, try your SIM into another phone to see if services work
