For some reason when I call my sister (who is with Rogers) my calls go directly to VM and my texts aren't recieved. She doesn't seem to have a problem calling or texting me. I'm also sure she isn't just ignoring me since we tried while in the same room. Any thoughts?
EDIT: This seems to have coincided with her getting a new phone.

Good idea. I also forgot to mention this seems to have coincided with her getting a new phone, which lends credence to your theory.

But perhaps the phone is ignoring you. Check your contact in her phone for any blocks. Can she dial you directly manually typing your number?
