My plan is suppose to incur canada, us, and Mexico but I'm having difficulty calling outside of canada, particularly to Mexico. Dudes anyone know why this may be?
@PieR2 You can verify your plan details by checking the my account page and subscription breakdown. If you have the can/us/mex plan, you still need to treat it like a long distance call by entering the country code and the plus sign (actual plus sign by holding down the zero key) and the full number afterwards.
