Hello everyone,
My brother's mobile got stolen and I got him a new public mobile sim card.
But when I try to add the new sim card number I get an error message saying "Oh no!
It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic."
What should I do?

Unfortunately, I didn't take a screenshot when I had it, and my issue is solved now.

No actually, I tried to refresh the browser for the seventh times maybe and it worked 🙂.

Even though I was trying from my desktop incognito chrome browser.
Since yesterday for about five times.
But for some reason I don't know what. I just refreshed the browser and it works!

Clear your cache/browsing history remove all cookies and try another browser / disable add-ons / private browsing / incognito. If you are using safari / cell phone go to a real computer and if all that fails, wait an hour and try again.
If nothing ends up helping, I suggest sending a message to the moderator team. Click this to send them a message. and explaining to them your issue, but it is more than likely the above steps will solve your issue.
