what it will erase is just Saved Bluetooth connections and Wifi. You can easier add them after. Resetting Network settings is a very common thing that it is part of most troubleshooting steps.

1) found reset network settings - What kind of saved data would be erased? (want to be careful not to lose anything)
2) Where do I find the PM Sim to make sure its primary? It says SIMS and the first one says Cellular Data 250 719-6030 next line Used as "Primary" 1(250) 719 6030 no sim
next line says
add eSim (which i already had in setup steps)
We did put a ticket in so hopefully that doesn't mess things up - thanks for your help I feel we are getting closer. Just don't want to erase something I can't retrieve have regrets since haven't done this before.
Thanks Paint

Go to Settings > General Management> Reset > Reset Network Settings.
This will erase saved data so back up and save passwords first if needed.
Also please check that the PM SIM is primary and turn on this line.
If its still doesn't work, it could be a PM issue which she would need to create the ticket through the the links.

No need to post private information in your screenshot. This is a public community.
Reset phone networks. If that doesn't work, use the chat bubble at bottom of your screen to message agents.
