Hiya,
I set up my account last night have spend most of today trying to activate my eSIM, I though it was Becasue my connection was poor, so I waited until today and was out of the house to try…it didn’t work. Scanning the QR code didn’t work either. I can’t seem to order a physical one, as it wants me to verify via a code sent to the phone number which I don’t have service to….please help.

need to make sure the eSIM is there or not
is that iPhone or Android? Check Settings -> Cellular on iPhone or Sim Manager on Android, is the Public Mobile eSIM there? Make sure that is the only sim there and make sure it is Active. On iPhone, enable Turn on this line and set as Primary, or on Android, make sure that Enabled and Active
if you need physical, buy a PM sim from Telus or Koodo store first and then ask PM to help to update it sim number

There's sometimes an option to choose "Didn't get the code" which lets you verify with email instead. If you don't see that option you should try contacting customer support.
To contact support you can submit a ticket through the chatbot by pressing the chat bubble in the bottom corner and typing in "submit a ticket" and selecting "Contact Us".

Also, physical Public Mobile SIMs can be obtained from other places such as physical Telus stores or Amazon.
