I bought a second sim card and set up a login with a separate email. I have since received the new sim card, tried to activate it, but I don't know if this new Eversafe login isn't working right, but it sends me on a futile and endless loop. I log in, it sends a code to my email, I type it in, I select 'Continue Activation,' then I end up back at a login, where now it does not recognize my login credentials. I am completely stuck and don't know what to do.

Gotcha. Each device needs it's own separate email. Follow the link below on how to set up a new account. Also, when and if you need to access the other account, use a different browser. This site is known to have cache issues and will mix account information up where it will lock you out.

If you are trying to set up a second account I’d highly recommend downloading the app and going through the entire process there. Start by selecting a plan, then try and login to the account you created previously.
