Hi community, I can remember the email and password for my account after change my credit card payment method. Now my phone is suspended, what to do?

If a payment card has been successfully registered then try using the 611 service to make a payment. You'll need your 4 digit PIN.
I'm assuming you mean you can _not_ remember.
If you still have your welcome email then that's your login username. Then try the Forgot your password? link to reset your password. It will ask you the security question you set up and which you need to answer.

@Davidmabika If you don't remember the email and password, try resetting the password using this link: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/
If you cannot get it reset, try dialing 611 which will allow you to renew your plan if you didn't have AutoPay on. Or you can contact the moderator team to fix the plan and account password issue:
