Can't access account and no service

Just switch to public mobile last night. Received congratulations texts from PM and finally received activation email this morning. I still can't access my self serve and I have no service. Can't text or call. I have contacted the moderators and waiting for a response. Any ideas? I checked and I have been billed.

@Kdenis15 Try your old carrier SIM. If the port-in failed early in the transfer it will still be working.

Since you contacted the mods, there really isnt much more that you can do, since you are locked out of your self serve. Think you have been hit with a known bug. Hopefully isnt too long of a wait for you.

1. Restart your phone
2. Reposition SIM card
3. Try the SIM card on another unlocked phone
4. Make sure your phone is indeed unlocked.
