I am leaving the country and need to cancel my service today, before it's billed tomorrow. I am unable to sign into My Account, reset the password for My Account or submit a ticket through My Account.
I don't know what else to do! Is there a way for me to speak to someone without going through any of the above steps?

Can you call 611 from your phone and turn off autopay. Without a payment at renewal your account will close after 90 days.
