Hello
I need to activate my account and I know longer have access to the email I registered with and its the only option its giving me to verify my account. Can you help me with this? My phone number is xxxxxx

@mariagiannakos1 you need to change My Account to an email that you have access to. But only PM support can help to make the change.
Open a ticket with them using "Forgot Password" type of ticket:
1. For faster response (2-48 hours), use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
