Hi,
I haven't used my account for awhile (my plan hasn't been active).
I'm trying to login to add a new plan. Its saying my password is incorrect and i get an error when i reset my password.
I've PM the admin, but no response.. thx

If the password reset option isn't working for you then the Mods are the only ones that would be able to assist you. You've already messaged them so just need to be patient; they will get back to you.

The password reset function is not working. You need moderator to reset your password. Moderator response time is up to 48 hours.
How long your account was suspended?
Suspended account over 90 days will be canceled.
