My phone died a few weeks ago, I cancelled my AutoPay Plan but my current month charge appeared on my credit card statement a few day ago. Am I entitled to a refund?
Hi,I haven't used my account for awhile (my plan hasn't been active).I'm trying to login to add a new plan. Its saying my password is incorrect and i get an error when i reset my password.I've PM the admin, but no response.. thx
